1199SEIU Nurses: Preparing for Our Next Contract at Boston Medical Center

January 9, 2019

Following the completion of campus consolidation, we are now preparing to bargain our next contract as our current contract expires on June 15, 2019! We need to elect a bargaining committee and determine our priorities for negotiations. Our current contract has strong language and benefits which we want to build upon as well as incorporate new concerns and priorities. The 1199SEIU bargaining unit includes more than 1,600 Registered Nurses. Help start the process by reviewing a few highlights from the current contract, completing the survey, and nominating a bargaining committee member. Complete surveys by Tuesday, February 5, 2019.
