What are you most proud of?Raising my kids successfully. My daughter is an RN, and my son is an electrician. I’ve got grandchildren, and they’re all doing well and are happy and healthy. What’s the most important quality for a delegate to have?You need to have the respect of your coworkers and management. That’s something you earn.
