Through a joint effort from the 1199SEIU Labor management project, several 1199SEIU members at Lynn Community Health Center recently passed an assessment to further their careers. Recently, clinical assistants who received certification celebrated their achievement. This project allowed members that had received the title Clinical Assistant II to mentor. This is the kind of joint program that fosters communication between members and leadership skills.
