Here’s what we won through our collective action:

Higher Wages! In 2026, there will be bonuses ranging from $400-$1000 for all PCAs who completed New Hire Orientation . In 2027, a $1 raise across the wage scale for all PCAs who completed NHO .

Health Insurance Fund!  The state will contribute $7 million per year to a fund for PCAs who meet eligibility requirements

Retirement Savings Account by December 2026! There have been a lot of challenges implementing our retirement savings account. It will be implemented by December 2026 or we will figure out a new model for retirement security. Either way, negotiations start in 2027 for an employer match.

Up to $1000 Training Stipend!

Immigration Protections! Job security for immigrant workers including a return to work with no loss of seniority.
