WHAT: Wednesday Wellness Night
WHEN: Wednesday, May 13 from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
WHERE: 2421 Main St, Buffalo, NY 14214
WHY: May is Mental health awareness month, which is signified by a green ribbon. Some 1 in 5 adults will meet criteria to be diagnosed with a mental health condition in their lifetime. Many adults go without seeking treatment or care because of the stigma associated with the disease.
Promoting mental health and wellness is key to a well-balanced lifestyle. Together, we can reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and mental illness[1] by providing the community with access to resources[2] and support.
