It’s very important that we work hard to win upcoming elections so we can protect healthcare funding,” said Venus McNeil, 1199SEIU Chief Delegate at University of Rochester Medical Center’s Strong Memorial Hospital.

Union healthcare workers across upstate will launch their get out vote efforts by registering to vote, making phone calls, and knocking on doors from now until election day in support of their endorsed candidates running for Congress, New York State Assembly, Senate and more.
