Major Student Loan Relief Program Expires October 31 – Apply Now!

September 29, 2022

Do you have federal student loans or know someone who does? Do you/they work for a not-for-profit healthcare institution or other non-profit or government organization?

Apply for major student loan relief before October 31!

As part of President Biden’s expanded Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program, people who have worked for 10 years at a non-profit or government employer can have their student loan debt completely erased.

This program is saving the average student loan borrower tens of thousands of dollars, but most eligible people have not yet applied, and the deadline is fast approaching.

Even if you have worked for less than 10 years at an eligible employer, you should still apply now so that your student loans can be forgiven as soon as you reach 10 years of service.

This program is temporary and ends on October 31, so don’t delay!

All loan holders should start with the federal government's easy, 20-minute help tool StudentAid.gov/pslf, which will give you concrete next steps.
