Kaleida Health’s latest proposals to the Union Bargaining Committee would impact every member’s lives with regard to wages, health insurance and retirement. Therefore, the Union Bargaining Committee has agreed to take a strike vote of the membership.



What does this mean? Once a strike vote of the membership is taken, when approved, it allows the Union Bargaining Committee to issue a 10-day strike notice to Kaleida.
