We have been bargaining for many months and management refuses to address our concerns. Many of us haven’t had a wage increase in years, and management has the audacity to o er us only a 1.75% annual wage increase. They also proposed increasing employees’ health insurance costs by almost 23% over the next three years.
We are fighting for fair wage increases, a ordable, quality health insurance for ourselves and our families; meanwhile, management comes to bargaining unprepared and unwilling to engage in meaningful negotiations.
