Health systems will receive billions of dollars in funding from the #DSRIP program to transform healthcare delivery and members want to ensure that in that process employers make sure all new jobs are:

• There is retraining for healthcare workers as needs in the healthcare systems change
• Community partners are a part of the decision-making process
