Last weekend President George Gresham was interviewed on Labor Lines. Labor Lines is a talk radio show that focuses on issues of importance to working men and women and the organizations that represent them. President Gresham and host Vic Fusco discussed the resolution of the League of Voluntary Hospitals contract negotiation process. Gresham also elaborated on his overall vision for the union, 1199’s work on social justice issues and why 1199 will mobilize thousands of its members to participate in the upcoming People’s Climate March.
