Miami, FL – After finishing contract negotiations with an unprecedented level of collaboration, University of Miami Hospital (UMH) management and employees will sign a union contract, announcing a new partnership that is already making significant improvements in patient care.
1199SEIU members and UMH management will highlight how the partnership has helped develop innovative solutions to the challenges of today’s health care economy in order to make unprecedented investments in patient care, health care workers and the community -- including a first in Florida, an employee training and education fund.
