Buffalo, NY - After extensive negotiations Wednesday, Thursday, and late into the evening on Friday, Kaleida and the Union Bargaining Committee have failed to reach an agreement on a new contract. The parties did agree to an extension of the existing contract through June 21, 2013.
The Unions intend to move forward with plans to conduct a strike vote of the membership. The details are as follows:
